The CAT II Control System is more than a copyCAT
An accumulated total of 150 man-years of tracer experience has put INCON Systems in the lead, in the development of Computer Automated Tracing and Digitizing. The CAT II (Computer Automated Tracer) System incorporates CNC and digitizing for fast, accurate duplication of two and three dimensional models. This high performance system simplifies and helps automate mold and die production. Digitizing may take place during any mode of operation available, even while cutting the part.
The CAT II's Menu Driven Touch Screen is simple to use, greatly reducing setup time. All operating parameters are entered through this intuitive User Interface. Visual and audio feedback minimize any entry errors.
The CAT II's feature set includes:
Tracing Automatic contouring
Graphic display of contour limits
Angle scan
Pick into any part of the model
